Chief of Jewel Café
I’m mainly involved in the operation and management of Jewel Café stores. I’m focus on creating an environment that is easy to work, providing immediate support to staff if they have any questions or concerns. I have been delegated with managing the numbers of multiple stores and currently in charge of appraising watches in the area as well. I also appraise products brought into my stores and I am constantly striving how I can make proposals that will satisfy customers. In order to improve the sales performance of the store, I think I need to grow, so I would like to gain a lot of experience.
When a customer I served became a repeat customer, and then introduced me to his or her family. Introducing me to their family is a sign of trust into me, and I remember how happy I was to be remembered. There are so many stores out there, but the fact that she chose Jewel Cafe and even remembered me which made me feel that customer service is very meaningful. It makes me very happy when a customer says, "I'll be back!” I'm very happy to hear that!

Our seniors guide us gently and carefully, making it a great place to work! I joined the company mid-career from a different industry, and I was nervous because I didn't know my way around, but the friendly atmosphere helped me suit into the environment quickly. I was learning every day since I came from a different industry, it is very fulfilling because I can feel my own growth. Also, everyone loves to eat, so lunch time is always fun.
Message to job-hunting students
I joined Crane because I’m interested in the reuse industry. There are many companies in the reuse industry, but I decided to join Crane because I found "people" to be particularly attractive. Job hunting is a good opportunity to evaluate yourselves, but it is difficult to find out what you really want to do. The company occupies most of your life.
