Jewel Cafe Malaysia Manager
I work as manager at Jewel Cafe Malaysia. I have responsible to manage all outlets and make sure all daily routine going smoothly every day. I also responsible to managed a stable shift and hiring process. It is a good feeling when we can share our experience and knowledge to a new member. Jewel Café sister’s bonding was very close and support each other like guide and trained new staff is like responsible to all of us. Besides that, I also support staff when handling customer, assist on assessment and support for prices and authenticity judgement. I will strive to give a good proposal that will satisfy our customer.
It is a very good feeling when customer satisfied with our service and will recommend to their family and purposely come back visit us to have a good conversation to us. That feeling pay back your sweat and tears. The happiest moment when I can grow together with all colleague and witness all the achievement day by day.
At Jewel Cafe we work as a big family, strong sisterhood and always support and help each other. Each of management team very supportive and have a same aim, to growth together. Our director, Yamamura san and our Senior Manager, Ayu san always guide me and give an example as a good leader.
Message to job-hunting students
Learning a new thing is so exciting. Please don’t afraid to develop your new skills then many excitements will be waiting for you. The adventure is so great. Don’t be afraid of the failure, failure is a great teacher to all of us. For those have a passion on handling jewelries and luxury items, we are very welcoming you. Come and joined us!
